QR Code generator for CNCF Projects

Robert Sirchia was wondering if we had a community QR Code generator available for projects. Many of the free ones on the web insert their own shortlink so that's probably not ideal.

We could probably autogenerate project website ones on the landscape, but it would also be cool to use these for other things projects do: Office hours, streams, webinars etc.

Then we can use our own short url to gather usage metrics.
