The blog has exactly one post ("Welcome to endusers.cncf.io", 2026-07-22). ROADMAP.md Phase 1 calls for "a publishing cadence beyond the welcome post." There is no cadence, no content pipeline, and no identified source of recurring topics.

## Rationale

A blog with one welcome post is worse than no blog — it announces the site and then demonstrates inactivity. But cadence does not require net-new writing: the site already generates differentiated content (metrics movements, new reference architectures, award announcements, event recaps) that can be framed as short data-driven posts. This is the one Phase 1 pillar that cannot be fully automated — it needs an editorial decision about voice and cadence before agents can execute against it.

## Proposed Next Step

Decide a minimal sustainable cadence (suggestion: one data-driven post per month, sourced from metrics/architecture changes) and record it in ROADMAP.md or a CONTRIBUTING note.
