KEDA has a number of different scalars and event sources from Azure, and we want to setup automated end to end tests to prevent regressions, which requires access to an Azure Account to spin up and down the resources.

Could do reduced budget but $200 should allow us to keep a K8s cluster running for nightly tests and spin up and down additional resources as needed.
