### Tell us why you want to be added or removed from the chapter
I, Muhammad Adil Memon, would like to join CNCF Rawalpindi as an organizer. I have been actively involved in technology communities since 2020 and have extensive experience in community building, event management, mentoring, and leadership.
I have been involved with the CNCF community for the past two years, where I have contributed to and supported community activities and events. I have now shifted my focus toward CNCF Rawalpindi and would like to contribute more actively to growing the cloud-native community in the Twin Cities. Over the years, I have organized and led numerous technical sessions, workshops, hackathons, and community events, managing them from planning and coordination to execution. I also mentor students and community members and actively work with different technology communities across Islamabad. With my experience in community building, event organization, public speaking, and mentoring, I believe I can be a valuable contributor to CNCF Rawalpindi and help build a strong, active, and inclusive cloud-native community in the region.
