Description

### Name of chapter inquiring about

Noida

Hemant Rathore @hmntrathore , Animesh Pathak

### Tell us why you want to be added or removed from the chapter

We would like to request the removal of Manoj Sardana from the CNCG Noida organizer team. Over the past several months, the organizer team has made repeated efforts to align on responsibilities, planning, and chapter direction through regular discussions and syncs. While Manoj has continued to contribute to initiatives he independently leads, we have found it increasingly difficult to collaborate effectively on broader chapter activities and long-term planning, with discussions often remaining focused on differences in approach rather than actionable outcomes.

Although Manoj has been included in organizer discussions and coordination channels, collaboration has largely remained limited to his own initiatives. We appreciate his contributions, but based on recent experience, we believe the organizer team would be better served by members who can collaborate consistently on the chapter’s planning, execution, and long-term growth.
