Quote with Quote Mark Block doesn't respect text-color setting

Reproduce:
- Insert Quote with Quote Mark Block
- Select the text area - text color options are displayed - when applied they do not reflect on frontend
- If you select the Inner text area - text and background color options are displayed - when applied they do not reflect on frontend

To do:
- See if we can remove at least one of the color options to not confuse editors
- Work out if we need to change the color of the cite text at the same time
- May be best to remove the built in color options and simply use ACF field to control color of text
