Reset input field value after adding user

## What is the current behavior?

When we add a user and the user is added the input fields like roll number and email don't reset to an empty value.

## If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce

After adding a new user, we can go to the add form and see that the value hasn't been reset.

## What is the expected behavior?

It doesn't break the application, but because of this bug, users can have an unpleasant experience.
