## Description of the bug
Falling from a higher Z-level lets you land on a Dropship's engines, despite being a solid tile. Additionally, when it takes off, you survive the flight instead of falling.

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
A) Shouldn't have been able to land on the engines
B) Should have fallen to my death when the DS launched

## How do we reproduce this bug?
1) Go to the catwalks above hanger
2) Climb over the railing into the tile above the Alamo engine
3) Don't move while the DS launches
4) Ride the engine safely groundside
