### Description of the bug

Chatbox sizes to the default size but doesn't reset it's vertical position so goes wonky.


### What's the difference with what should have happened?

Uhhh should resize itself to the bottom or just stay the same size.

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Resize chat box
2. Wait for a server restart
3. Ponder
...
