## Description of the bug
Items that provide storage and can be attached to the uniform (webbings, drop pouch) don't support alt-click to draw last stored item, even though the LMB click part of their behavior does change when switched through the relevant verb in the RMB context menu.

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
When it says it will draw last stored items on alt-click according to the set storage draw behavior, it should do so.

## How do we reproduce this bug?
1) Attach uniform storage item like a drop pouch.
2) Try to use alt-click to draw the last stored item (default storage draw behavior)
3) See it simply open the storage.

Research direction

Start by locating the uniform storage item's alt-click handling and the storage draw behavior selected through the RMB context-menu verb. Reproduce the issue with an attached drop pouch or webbing, then verify that alt-click draws the last stored item instead of opening storage.
