Incorrect Window Sizing When Using the New Window Setting

### Description of the bug

When using the windows scale setting: tiny, it fixes a lot of things, but some windows are still poorly sized. The ones I've found so far are the map, books, and faxes, but there may be more.

Map (the actual tacmap is fine, just the static map that's broken):

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

Ideally the fax window would open to the correct size (it is adjustable) and the tacmap would display properly.

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Have your windows scaling be set to something abnormal; mine's 150%.
2. In CM, change your windows scaling to tiny
3. Open up a map, book, or fax
