Unable to store R4T lever-action rifle in any locker found.

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
Should be able to store the R4T lever-action rifle, as you are able to store other rifles.

## How do we reproduce this bug?
Attempt to store R4T lever-action rifle in locker.
Locker will spit out R4T lever-action rifle to the tile to the north, even if that tile can't normally hold tiles, such as a locker with a wall to the north.
