### Description of the bug

The chat box still uses your window's scaling even with Smaller Zoom scaling enabled. The entire right side of the settings bar can't be accessed and the text is scaled up past its actual set size.


### What's the difference with what should have happened?

It should disable automatically scaling to your windows scaling like it does for TGUI.

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Enable smaller zoom
2. Look at the chat box
3. Note that it didn't change size and is still scaled up
...
