## Description of the bug
Dead human mobs when buckled to a chair will dribble basketballs if the ball is placed in their hand.

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
The dead tell no tales nor do they dribble basketballs.

## How do we reproduce this bug?
1) Have a corpse that can hold a basketball.
2) Buckle the corpse into a chair.
3) Give the corpse a basketball.
4) Play ball.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the listed sequence in round 26894 or an equivalent test setup: buckle a corpse to a chair, give it a basketball, and play. Trace the basketball dribbling behavior and identify the condition that should prevent dead human mobs from performing it; done means the reproduction no longer allows a corpse to dribble while living players still can.
