### Description of the bug
The outer lifeboat doors, which are intended to lock shut when a lifeboat is launching, can be held open by having a dense object (a crate, a barricade, etc) in the way when the boat launches, allowing players to get outside of the Almayer and into space.
This has happened across multiple rounds in several different instances, and I've manually reproduced it myself in-round with a metal crate. The bug itself is likely a similar problem (if not the exact same issue) to [issue 7709](https://github.com/cmss13-devs/cmss13/issues/7709), where you could keep a dropship's door open with a coffin.
### What's the difference with what should have happened?
Lifeboat doors should close even with objects in the way, ideally crushing them in the process.
### How do we reproduce this bug?
1. Place a solid object in the way of the inner blast door (whether it needs to be on the leftmost tile, or can be anywhere in the doorway, I do not know)
2. Launch the lifeboat
3. The door will remain open after the boat launches, and you can now enter the great beyond
