### Description of the bug

xenos with hive core on almayer cause king cocoon to spawn on almayer

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

if hive core location is not on planet, fall back to the previous iteration (cocoon spawns at pylon)

### How do we reproduce this bug?

hive core on almayer, pylon both comms, wait until eligible for king, purchase king
