## Description of the bug
Every now and then an OB will happen, and it won't produce notifications in the log. This is more of a Byond bug really. A really simple fix would be to make it produce 2-3 messages in the chat log per notification.

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
You should get notified every time their is an OB. Currently, you get notified sometimes. Unfortunately do to the nature of OBs, that means you die.

## How do we reproduce this bug?
Play the game and weep when an OB lands on your head.
