### Description of the bug

When transferring reagents between containers there arent any logs or fingerprints generated to indicate it happening.

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

Ideally fingerprints would be generated when a container is being transferred out of and into.

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Transfer water from one container to another on the floor.
2. Look at the variables of the container and see that there aren't any fingerprints on it.
