### Description of the bug

Alt Clicking a tile looks a little off, as in the Icon and the item name aren't on one line. And the items don't have a highlight/underline when you hover over them


### What's the difference with what should have happened?

Should look nice + Have something to indicate what you're hovering over

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Have a bunch of stuff
2. Alt click a tile next to you containing the stuff
3. Attempt to look through it with your OCD intact
...
