## What's the difference with what should have happened?
Gibbed marines should act as marines that die normally

## How do we reproduce this bug?
1) Direct hit a marine with an M5 RPG, gibbing them
2) Make a medal recommendation for the gibbed marine
3) Try to accept the medal recommendation
