Ghosts cant select next page of papers they examine

## Description of the bug
If there is a paper with items stapled to it, a ghost that reads that paper and tries to select next page will not see the next page

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
I should be able to see the next page.

## How do we reproduce this bug?
Find a paper with multiple papers or photos stapled to it
Press next page
Page does not go to the next one
See error
