### Description of the bug

you can use the Wey-Yu ATM (for instance, in the Canteen) from any distance, and it will suck your ID card away and close the menu. lol.

I'm not sure if this extends to the CL's mobile ATM, but it's worth testing, if anyone can.

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

it should close when you move out of range and be unusable

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. open ATM interface
2. walk away
3. insert your card from across the universe
