## Description of the bug
straight razor can be stored on boot even though its open even though it says it cant be stored on boot and have to be closed also the straight razor is bigger than a magazine (real)

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
razor can be swiftly deployed (4 seconds of huge disappointment), can be stored on boot to use on situations (cannot), should be stored on armor and other pouches (its bigger than a magazine and are as big as metal sheets for some reason)

## How do we reproduce this bug?
open razor
click on boot or armor or press e to quick equip
close razor
click on boot or amor or press e to quick equip
