When driving out the back during a PDS deployment, the tank is able to drive around in space.

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
The tank should either be paradropped or otherwise removed from space.

## How do we reproduce this bug?
1. Put tank on Normandy
2. Line up a paradrop
3. Drive tank out the back of the Normandy
