### Description of the bug

Every time a xeno attacks the comms tower it sends an admin log saying the tower has been activated.

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

Shouldn't be spamming logs.

### How do we reproduce this bug?

Attack a functional comms tower as a xeno while having niche logs enabled.
