### Description of the bug

The scout M4RA rifle gives screenshake when you pb somebody with it for some reason, and i do not think its intended

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

no screenshake on pb

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. scout
2. rifle
3. shoot pb

(i already tested locally)
