### Description of the bug

Things that cause your screen to shake cause the wheel picker UI to shake too

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

When queen screeches it shouldn't make me miss click which alien type I evolve to because the buttons shake

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Click Evolve as alien
2. Queen screeches near you
3. The selection UI shakes and you miss-click
