### Description of the bug

When you die as a surv, you can respawn as foxtrot with the same char.

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

You shouldn't be alive with the same char, when you've already fuckin died.

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Die as a surv
2. Respawn as foxtrot
3. Have the same char
...
