DNR + Revival = No visible catatonic description

### Description of the bug

People who are revived after going DNR do not maintain their catatonic descriptions in game.

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

The status of a player should confirm they are ghosted and are no longer in their character.

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Die
2. Set DNR
3. Be revived
4. Wait

I am currently ghosted on the character below, yet am indistinguishable from a non-catatonic marine.
