## Description of the bug
Title, this blocks structures like cades, turrets, and heavy guns being placed.

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
You should be able to place structures here since it's not an actual shuttle.

## How do we reproduce this bug?
1. Try placing a cade on the red flooring in the crashed ship.
2. You can't place it since it counts as shuttle flooring.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue on the crashed ship's red flooring, then trace that flooring's definition or map placement to see why it is treated as shuttle flooring. Done means cades, turrets, and heavy guns can be placed there while genuine shuttle flooring keeps its existing restriction.
