## Description of the bug
I repaired the groundside APC in engineering, everything was fine until I died later in the round. While dead, i am getting red messages from the game telling me "You must be conscious to use the Emergency Engineering APC!" It did so aprox every second on repeat for about 13~ minutes. They appeared as soon as i died, only when death had occurred

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
It should not be telling me to "You must be conscious to use the Emergency Engineering APC!" after I repaired the APC and died.

## How do we reproduce this bug?
Standard APC repair procedure, followed by death.
