Spawn in an ERT via Distress Beacons verb
Watch the mobs not spawn

Reproduce the failure by crashing the Almayer, then using the Distress Beacons verb to spawn an ERT. Trace the ERT spawn path for both the shuttle and current location after the crash state. Done means admin-spawned ERT mobs appear in the expected location in this scenario.
