### Description of the bug

You are unable to dismantel a sentry unless you have an accesstuner in the same sentry network.
This allows players to put other players sentrys into the network, and essentially steal them.
There is further no way to remove the sentry from the network, unless the laptop is destroyd or you find the laptop of that network. Wich is only possible by finding a player that already knows where it is.
Wich becomes a problem if the only player that knows is dead/capped, or even has the laptop with em while dead/capped.

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

You should not have a way ingame that allows you to soft grief other players so easily.
You should be able to remove sentrys from the network without having a tunner connected to it.

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Connect acces tuner to sentry network lapot
2. Connect Sentry with said tunner
3. Use diffrent tuner to try and remove it

Research direction

Start by reproducing the three listed steps with a sentry network laptop and two access tuners, then locate the sentry network and access tuner implementation. The work is done when a sentry can be removed from the network without requiring a tuner already connected to that network, while the existing reproduction no longer allows soft griefing.
