### Description of the bug

after playing on the steam version of the game for a while pretty much any device that opens up a second menu will place a large black square box right in the centre of the opened menu making it very difficult to use the menu for what it is for

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

the black box should not be in the centre of the menu

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Start the game on the steam version
2. Use a camera console or reporter television and open the camera menu
3. close the camera menu
4. open up a different non camera console menu ( vendor, over watch console, etc)
5. If does not show up close menu and repeat step 4
