Title. Seems to only be in flight, Overwatching looks fine, it's just the cameras it seems?

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

They should be lit up...

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Find a security camera console
2. Observe one of the dropships
3. Wait for it to be landed
4. Wonder why it's dark
...
