Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in round 33219's scenario: apply a liquor bottle to yourself with great force while targeting an arm. Trace the self-attack and bottle interaction handling to determine why drunkenness is applied, then verify that the same action no longer causes drunkenness while normal bottle behavior remains intact.
