## Description of the bug
despite being a close container, using space cleaner on the floor where one lays picks up space cleaner in it, same thing with other similar things like extinglishers id presume

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
my closed vessel should not pick up space cleaner

## How do we reproduce this bug?
1. have empty smart tank
2. use space cleaner on its tile
3. see error
