An ID gets stuck, with the ID Computer thinking no ID is present in it somehow.

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

Shouldn't have IDs getting stuck

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Presumably have two people fiddling with it at the same time

3. One ID gets stuck
...
