## Description of the bug
Title.

Currently, the OD threshold of nutriment (and it's subtypes) is 60 units of all types of nutriment combined, and when reached, will cause the consumer to vomit with a 20-second slow, and a 10-second vomit-stun that follows after.

But, *this only triggers upon EATING FOOD*.
Which means, you can inject your self/inhale the gas with nutriment chems without worrying about vomiting.

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
The code should still proc the OD threshold even if the user hasn't "bitten" into a food-stuff. It should still proc when the amount of nutriment (and it's subtypes) have increased the total amount of units above 60.00 units.

## How do we reproduce this bug?
1) Grind protein bars, and get a syringe.
2) Syringe your self with the nutriment something like 8-10 times.
3) Be amazed that you didn't vomit.
Optional:
After previous steps:
4) Set your hunger to starving (red burger icon)
5) Spam eating protein bars for like 30 seconds until you couldn't do it anymore.
6) Wait for a few seconds.
7) Gain slowdown for 15-20 seconds, then vomit.
