/nuclearbomb.dm it's pretty clear that nuclear bomb is supposed to kill off embryos as well. but it doesn't, at least doing it via reactor overload

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

everything should die including embryos. could probably gib everyone instead of the current implementation.

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. trigger reactor overload with people nested and infected with an embryo inside of the crashed alamo. (maybe try it with alamo on different floors too)
2. embryo still lives (you can verify it by right clicking and scanning health, or just wait for them to burst)
