### Description of the bug

Title.
Inconsistent behaviour between loose "rounds" boxes. Where the magazines can fill and empty into them. But in the .458s case can only be emptied into.

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

Be able to fill small boxes

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Be on help intent
2. Click on the rounds box with your handheld smaller version
3. Cry as you can only empty and not fill
...
