### Description of the bug

Junction pipe leads directly into disposal unit, and in doing so breaks half of medical.
Also its design is so ass.

### What's the difference with what should have happened?

change layout, for example like so.

### How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Open StrongDMM.
2. Look at tile X154, Y90
