## Description of the bug
Title. There's a chance whenever the magharness on the M46C is supposed to activate and snap the rifle to my suit storage slot, it fails to work and the rifle drops to the ground. This seemingly happens at random.

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
The built in magharness should consistently work.

## How do we reproduce this bug?
1) Keep getting stunned while holding the M46C
2) Magharness should eventually fail to activate
