## Description of the bug
fascinating bug, just look at the title. When you bring the command tent groundside, and set up the overwatch console, one can overwatch any given marine (possibly requires that they also have a motion detector) and the motion detector will synchronize, even when you are not actively using the computer. This could possibly be used for an absurdly niche but possibly extremely powerful form of metacommunication between a marine and an SO.

## How do we reproduce this bug?
1. Set up the command tent groundside, with an active motion detector
2. Overwatch any marine (possibly requires they also have a motion detector)
3. Leave the computer
4. Observe that motion detector pings that the marine would pick up now appear on your detector, reliably, in the same way it would on the overwatched marine
