## Description of the bug
I spawned as Foxtrot SL roundstart. I was alone in the squad. My preferences where Spec High, SL medium, IO and Field Doc low. All this slots where filled by other players at the time of my awakening.

## What's the difference with what should have happened?
Me not spawning as Fox SL

## How do we reproduce this bug?

Maybe admins shouldn't have edged roundstars???????
