Description

The reference between File (in a submission) and the SubmissionFormatElement it refers to is weak at the moment (i.e., no foreign key relationship). If an admin change the SFE, the File will still contain the reference to the old SFE's name.

Research direction

Start by locating the File and SubmissionFormatElement models and tracing how a submission stores the element reference. Determine how changes to an element name should be reflected in existing Files, then add coverage for the update behavior and run the relevant model or submission tests.
