Description

Currently, in USACO-style contests, all announcements are visible (even if I haven't started my time window yet). Is this the correct behavior? Announcements could give away hints on tasks' statements, so they should be invisible to those who didn't start their time window yet.

Research direction

Start by locating the USACO-style contest logic that determines announcement visibility and trace how a participant's time window is checked. Confirm the current behavior for participants who have not started, then make announcements unavailable until their window begins. Done means pre-window participants cannot view announcements while participants within their window still can.
