Description
Apart from score distributions and so on, that could be implemented right now, we would have no way of implementing statistics about queue size troughout the contest and waiting time for submissions to be judged, because we are missing timestamps in the evaluation table.

Research direction
Locate the evaluation table and the contest-admin statistics entry points, then inspect how submissions are queued and judged. The work is done when evaluation records provide the timestamps needed to report queue size over the contest and submission waiting time, alongside the existing score distributions.
