In the next major releases of Cmder, the minimum Windows requirement will be bumped from Windows 7 SP1 to Windows 10, as well.

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reviewing the Windows-version requirement cited in the issue and the available project documentation. Done would mean documenting a verified way to use the latest Cmder on Windows 7, or clearly recording that no supported path exists.
