Come with schema for data being written to or read from ETCD

ETCD will be used as a distributed key/value store in our setups. In it's initial implementation we'll be using it for service discovery. This ticket is to come up with the required bits of data needed for each node parsing said data to do its job and establish a format for entering and parsing that data.
